Welcome to our Resource e-Library.  The e-Library is a database of documents and resources related to accountability in the Humanitarian sector.

The priority areas and topics are divided into themes (below) which enable you to browse the documents in the database, or you can perform a specific search. To begin your search, select any combination of search criteria such as Topic and Sub-topic, Document Type, or Keyword. Simply enter the criteria you are looking for, and click "Go."

We are continually updating our e-Library. If you have items for inclusion, or if you experience any difficulty in accessing a document, please contact the HAP Secretariat.
