Purpose: Designed for senior staff and project managers, this briefing session explains basic concepts of quality and accountability; the case for humanitarian accountability and quality management; HAP’s origins and mandate; the HAP Standard and Certification Scheme; and relations with other Quality and Accountability Initiatives.
Format: Multi-agency or sole-agency 1-hour briefing or 3-hour interactive workshop.
