Welcome to HAP’s Annual Report for 2012, a year in which we made significant progress in our work to improve the accountability of humanitarian action to people affected by crises. The document provides a comprehensive overview of all of HAP’s activities last year, as well as giving a snapshot of the services that the organisation offers to its members and the wider humanitarian and development community. The report is the first document to be released as part of HAP’s innovative new visual identity, which will be rolled out across HAP’s digital and print materials in the coming months.
